BRIAN MCGRATH - President/Owner

As President of Keller-Heartt Oil, Brian is responsible for strategic leadership of the organization to ensure its future relevance, credibility, and viability. Accordingly, he establishes organizational objectives and priorities for reviewing and evaluating the progress and work for attainment of objectives and performance goals. Brian has been with Keller-Heartt for 32 years, serving as President for 11.

FLO ZEDAK - Chief Administrative Officer

Flo has been with Keller-Heartt for 26 years and leads the administrative staff while also handling all financial and human resource activities. Beyond her extensive experience in daily operational duties, Flo brings knowledge and leadership to create greater customer value through her department to add to a positive culture throughout the company.

CYNTHIA MARTINEZ - Director of Marketing and Public Relations

Cynthia is responsible for leading Keller-Heartt's marketing department. She initiates and directs all activities for the planning, development and implementation of the organization's marketing strategies and public relations. Cynthia coordinates all marketing efforts at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the organization and ensures effective control of marketing results.

TERRY MCGRATH - Chief Purchasing Officer

As Chief Purchasing Officer, Terry McGrath oversees all aspects of the organization's goods and services purchasing function. Terry is responsible for planning and directing materials and supply to reduce costs and improve quality. Terry has been with Keller-Heartt for 30 years, serving as Purchasing Officer for 15.

MARK SZCZUREK - Executive Sales Manager

Mark comes from an extensive lubricants background, being with Shell Oil for nearly 9 years. Mark is responsible for leading Keller-Heartt's sales force. He ensures consistent, profitable, growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Accordingly, he identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

ERIC GUSTAFSON - Lead Sales Manager/Heavy Duty

Eric Gustafson is responsible for the continued growth and development of the Heavy Duty sector for Keller-Heartt. He brings 10 years of lubricants experience from Shell Oil along with 5 years at Keller-Heartt. A high-energy, results-driven business leader, Eric has a proven track record of management success along with a strategic focus in his respected field.
