Zebra Skimmers: Dazzle™ Sump Level Controller (12" Sensor)

This controller continuously monitors the coolant or fluid level inside a machine sump and triggers a 100 dB audible alarm when levels fall outside the programmed range. The integrated solenoid valve (1/2" NPT) can automatically top off the sump, helping prevent dry-running, fluid imbalances, and related accidents.

The package includes the programmable microprocessor controller with LED display and 100 dB audible alarm, the 12" low profile level sensor, a 1/2" NPT solenoid valve, and the necessary electrical and control cables.

The controller accepts a wide input voltage range of 100 to 240 VAC at 50/60 Hz, making it compatible with standard power supplies in North America, Europe, and most other regions without a separate transformer.

A bypass valve is not included as standard — bypass valves are available separately as an option when you need the ability to quickly fill a sump rather than relying solely on the solenoid-controlled flow.

This variant ships with a 12" level sensor. Because different machine sumps vary in depth and geometry, the Dazzle controller is available in multiple sensor sizes to fit all sumps — choose the sensor length that matches the depth range of your specific sump.

It can function as a standalone sump level controller, but it is also designed as a core component of the Dazzle™ 1 Coolant Mixing Automation System, meaning it can be integrated into that broader automated coolant management setup if a more complete solution is needed.
