  • With a 2" belt, this skimmer is rated to remove approximately 2 gallons of tramp oil per hour. For reference, a 1" belt model is rated at 1 gallon per hour, so belt width directly determines removal capacity.

The reach determines how deep the belt extends into the coolant sump or tank, so the correct size depends on the depth of the fluid reservoir you are skimming.   • Yes. A 220VAC (200–240VAC), 50/60 Hz model is available by adding "E" to the end of the part number, making it suitable for facilities with European or other 220V power configurations.

  • This skimmer is rated for fluid temperatures between 40°F and 80°F. Applications with fluid temperatures outside this range may not be compatible with this unit.

  • The dual wiper set comes with a lifetime end user warranty, covering one replacement set per 12-month period. The polyvinyl belt carries a 90-day warranty, and all other parts are covered by a limited warranty.

  • On reach sizes up to 24", the skimmer uses a fixed lower pulley. For reaches of 36" and above, a hanging lower pulley design is used instead, which accommodates the greater belt length.
