CASSIDA FLUID PAG 220, 320, 460, 680 and 1000 are high performance, anti-wear gear oils for the lubrication of worm gears, highly loaded gears and applications where high resistance to micro-pitting is needed, for the use in food and beverage processing equipment. Formulated from premium polyalkylene glycol (PAG) based oils. They are based on a careful blend of synthetic fluids and selected additives chosen for their ability to meet the stringent requirements of the food and beverage industry.

Registered by NSF (Class H1) for use where there is potential for incidental food contact. Produced according to FLT Quality Standards, in facilities where HACCP audit and Good Manufacturing Practice have been implemented and form part of the quality and hygiene management systems ISO 9001 and ISO 21469.

Find answers to common questions about our products and services
  • This fluid is formulated for worm gears, highly loaded gears, and applications that require high resistance to micro-pitting, all within food and beverage processing equipment. Its synthetic PAG base and carefully selected additive package are chosen specifically to meet the demanding requirements of these gear types.

  • The Cassida Fluid PAG series is available in five viscosity grades: 220, 320, 460, 680, and 1000. Grade 680 is one of the higher-viscosity options in the range, typically suited to heavily loaded or slower-speed gear systems; consult the Technical Data Sheet or equipment manufacturer's recommendation to confirm the correct grade for your application.

  • This fluid uses a premium polyalkylene glycol (PAG) synthetic base combined with selected anti-wear additives, enabling it to deliver high-performance lubrication with strong resistance to micro-pitting under heavy load conditions — performance characteristics that conventional mineral-based gear oils may not achieve in these demanding applications.

  • This fluid is produced in facilities where HACCP audit and Good Manufacturing Practice have been implemented as part of ISO 9001 and ISO 21469 quality and hygiene management systems, and it is formulated for use in food and beverage processing equipment where there is potential for incidental food contact.
