BVA Hydraulic Combo, 10 Ton, 10" Stroke Cylinder with P1000 Pump

This combo includes everything needed to get started: the P1000 2-speed hand pump with a 61 cu in reservoir, the H1010 10-ton single-acting cylinder, a 6 ft hose (1/4" ID with 3/8" NPTF fittings), a 3/8" high-flow male coupler, a 4" face diameter liquid gauge, and a 1/4" NPTF gauge fitting — all six components are included in the kit.

A single-acting cylinder extends under hydraulic pressure from the pump but relies on an external force — such as gravity or the weight of the load — to retract the ram once pressure is released. This means the cylinder is well-suited for pressing, lifting, and pushing applications where the load itself can push the ram back down.

A 2-speed hand pump allows you to advance the ram quickly at low pressure (reducing the number of strokes needed to take up slack) and then automatically shift to high pressure as resistance increases, making it more efficient and less fatiguing to operate compared to a single-speed pump.

The included CS3814 hose is 6 feet long with a 1/4" internal diameter and 3/8" NPTF end fittings, giving you working distance between the pump and cylinder without needing to position them directly adjacent to each other.

The GW4014 liquid gauge allows you to monitor hydraulic pressure during operation so you can track the load being applied. It features a 4" face diameter for easy reading and connects via a 1/4" NPTF fitting, with the CF3814 gauge fitting also included in the kit for installation.
