BVA Hydraulic Combo, 10 Ton, 6" Stroke Cylinder with P1000 Pump

The H1006 cylinder is single acting, meaning it extends under hydraulic pressure supplied by the pump and relies on the load or gravity to retract — there is no powered return stroke. This makes it well suited for pressing, lifting, and pushing applications where the load itself provides the return force.

The kit is designed as a complete ready-to-use set. It includes the P1000 hand pump, the H1006 cylinder, a 6 ft hose, a 3/8 in high-flow male coupler, a liquid pressure gauge, and a gauge fitting — all major components needed to assemble and operate the system are included.

The P1000 is a 2-speed hand pump, which means it offers two pumping modes — typically a high-volume, low-pressure stage for rapid cylinder advance and a low-volume, high-pressure stage for building full tonnage. This reduces the number of pump strokes needed to extend the cylinder before reaching the working load.

The included CS3814 hose has a 1/4 in internal diameter, 3/8 in NPTF end fittings, and is 6 ft long. The kit also includes a 3/8 in high-flow male coupler. If you plan to connect this combo to equipment outside this kit, confirm that your equipment's port thread size and type match the 3/8 in NPTF specification before connecting.

The P1000 pump has a 61 cubic inch reservoir. Whether this is sufficient for a given application depends on the cylinder bore area and required stroke length, so it is worth calculating oil volume requirements for your specific use case if you need repeated full-stroke cycles without refilling.
