BVA Hydraulics 128 In3 Hydraulic Hand Pump P2301, 2-Speed, W/Carry Handle

This pump is designed for use with a hydraulic cylinder when lifting, bolting, or applying pressure in hydraulic applications. Note that the hydraulic cylinder is sold separately and is not included with the pump.

Two-speed (two-stage) operation means the pump can deliver oil at a higher volume per stroke at low pressure to rapidly advance a cylinder, then automatically shift to a lower volume at high pressure to build force. This increases productivity and reduces user fatigue compared to a single-speed pump.

The low-pressure stage is rated at 200 PSI for fast cylinder advance, while the high-pressure stage is rated at 10,000 PSI for building maximum force. Make sure any hydraulic cylinder or tooling used with this pump is rated to handle up to 10,000 PSI.

This pump has an oil capacity of 128 cubic inches (in³), which determines how far a connected cylinder can extend before the reservoir needs to be refilled. Match this capacity against the cylinder volume requirements of your intended application.

The pump includes a built-in internal pressure relief valve that activates to protect against overload, preventing excessive pressure from damaging the pump or connected tooling.
