The double-wall construction creates an outer containment layer sized to hold 110% of the tank's total capacity. This means that if the inner tank were ever to leak, the outer wall is large enough to capture the entire volume of stored used oil plus a margin, helping to prevent ground or environmental contamination at your facility.

The system arrives as a complete package including the double-wall tank, a UL-listed 1" air-operated diaphragm pump (30 GPM), a 3/4" x 10" suction hose with quick-connect coupler, an air filter/regulator, a manual-operated air inlet shut-off valve, an air supply connection hose with quick-coupler, and a 2" drop tube with camlock fitting and dust cover.

When the tank reaches capacity, the automatic air shut-off cuts airflow to the pump, stopping oil transfer without any manual intervention. This reduces the risk of overflow spills during collection, which is particularly useful in busy shop environments.
