FOAM IN THE TOP, OUTER PERIMETER OF THIS CONTAINMENT BERM'S SIDEWALLS RAISE THE WALL WITH THE LEVEL OF THE LIQUID SHOULD THERE BE A SPILL WHILE RIGID STRUTS PROVIDE ADDED SUPPORT.
