Almost, but not quite. The system includes the electric pump with mounting bracket, 20' delivery hose, 4' suction hose, and a manual automatic nozzle, but it also requires the DEF-35 suction connector (a quick coupler/downtube for 2" buttress threads), which must be ordered separately before the system can be used.

This system is designed specifically for stationary 55-gallon DEF drums. The required DEF-35 suction connector is sized for 2" buttress thread bungs, so verify your drum uses that bung specification before purchasing.

The DEF-35 quick coupler/downtube threads into the drum's 2" buttress bung opening, creating the sealed entry point that the pump's 4' suction hose connects to in order to draw DEF from the drum. Without it, the suction hose has no way to interface with the drum.

The included 20' delivery hose gives substantial reach from the drum to the vehicle or equipment being filled, while the shorter 4' suction hose handles the connection between the pump and the drum via the DEF-35 connector.

This is a stationary system. The pump comes with a dedicated mounting bracket, meaning it is intended to be fixed in place on or near a 55-gallon drum rather than moved between locations.

This system is specified for 55-gallon drums only, and the compatible DEF-35 suction connector is designed for the 2" buttress thread bungs found on those drums. Compatibility with totes or other container formats is not confirmed for this product.
