A 7,300 PSI output pressure means this gun can push grease through even stubborn, partially blocked fittings and service heavy-duty equipment with high-resistance zerks, such as those found on construction machinery, agricultural equipment, or industrial vehicles. Lower-rated guns may stall or fail to inject grease in these demanding situations.

The 3-way loader capability allows you to load grease via a standard 14-1/2 oz. cartridge, bulk fill (up to 16 oz. poured directly into the barrel), or suction loading — where the barrel is submerged in a bulk grease container and grease is drawn in. A loader fitting is included to support all three methods.

The dual outlet ports let you mount the hose or the included rigid extension on either the side or the top of the gun head. This gives you flexibility to reposition the delivery line when working in tight or awkward spaces, reducing the need to contort the gun itself to reach a fitting.

The gun ships with a loader fitting (for bulk and suction loading), an air release valve, a hydraulic coupler with a ball check (for connecting to grease fittings), and a rigid extension — so it is ready to use out of the box without purchasing additional attachments.

The air release valve is used to bleed trapped air from the grease cylinder after loading, particularly when switching to bulk or cartridge fill. Air pockets in the barrel can cause the gun to pump without delivering grease, so purging them ensures consistent, reliable output from the first stroke.

Aluminum offers a high strength-to-weight ratio, making the pump head resistant to the stresses of 7,300 PSI operation while keeping the tool manageable for extended use. Unlike plastic, it will not crack under high pressure; unlike heavier steel, it reduces overall hand fatigue during prolonged greasing tasks.
