A 50:1 ratio means the pump delivers grease at an outlet pressure 50 times the incoming air pressure, making it well suited for dispensing heavy, high-viscosity greases that require significant force to move through the hose and fitting.

This is a complete package — it includes the 50:1 ratio pump with 2" air motor, drum cover, follower plate, carry handle, 10-foot material hose, Z-swivel, and control handle. You will need a compatible compressed air supply to operate it.

The follower plate sits on top of the grease inside the pail and presses down as product is dispensed, keeping the pump inlet submerged in grease at all times and preventing air from being drawn in, which ensures consistent flow and reduces waste.

The Z-swivel connects the pump outlet to the material hose and allows the hose to rotate and pivot freely, reducing kinking and hose fatigue during use and making it easier to maneuver the dispense point around equipment.

This package is specifically configured for a standard 35 lb grease pail — the drum cover and follower plate are sized to match that container. For larger containers such as 120 lb kegs or 400 lb drums, a different pump package sized to those containers would be required.
