DEF-10 Diaphragm Tote Package

The package includes the 3/4" ARO diaphragm pump with mounting bracket and nozzle holder, a 20' delivery hose, a 4' suction hose, an automatic nozzle, and a built-in meter. However, a suction connection is not included — you must separately order the DEF-37 (quick coupler and downtube for 2" buttress threads) to complete the setup.

This system is designed to work with totes fitted with 2" buttress thread openings, which are standard on most IBC (intermediate bulk container) totes. The required DEF-37 suction connection, sold separately, provides the quick coupler and downtube that interfaces with that thread type.

The pump is air-operated (pneumatic), so it requires a compressed air supply rather than an electrical connection. This makes it a practical choice for facilities or outdoor areas where running electrical power to the tote location is inconvenient, as long as a compressed air line can be routed to the pump.

The automatic nozzle shuts off fluid flow when the receiving tank reaches capacity, preventing overfills and reducing spills during dispensing. This is especially important when filling vehicle tanks unattended or managing high-volume dispensing operations.

The built-in meter records the volume of fluid dispensed through the system, allowing you to track consumption, manage tote inventory, or monitor usage across a fleet — without needing a separate metering device.

The DEF-37 is a tote-side fitting (quick coupler and downtube) that attaches directly to the tote's 2" buttress thread outlet, while this package covers the pump, hose, nozzle, and meter on the dispensing side. Selling them separately allows customers who already have a compatible suction connection in place to avoid purchasing a duplicate component.
