The ramp is constructed from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which provides excellent chemical resistance and will not rust or corrode. This makes it well-suited for areas where hazardous or corrosive materials are stored or handled.

This ramp will not work with Global Model 921220 (Eagle Model 1633) spill platform, Global Model 337471 (Eagle Model 1620) spill pallet, or Global Model 988951 spill platform. Confirm your platform model is not one of these before purchasing to ensure a proper fit.

The ramp supports up to 1,500 lb., which covers the combined weight of your material-handling equipment and the load it carries. Ensure the total weight of the equipment plus its contents stays within this limit before use.

At 45-1/2" long, 32" wide, and 7-3/4" high, the ramp's width sets the minimum clearance needed for wheeled equipment, while the length and rise define the angle of approach onto the platform. Verify that your spill containment platform's entry opening and the surrounding aisle width are compatible with these measurements.

Spill containment platforms are raised off the floor to create a sump area beneath them, which means there is a step up to the platform surface. This ramp bridges that height difference, providing a gradual slope so that wheeled loads can be moved on and off the platform safely.
