Liquidynamics 20073-S16 Gear Oil Pump Mobile System Basic 3:1

This system is designed for a 16-gallon drum with a 2" bung opening. The included drum cover and 2" bung adapter are sized specifically for that configuration.

A 3:1 ratio means the pump produces 3 units of fluid output pressure for every 1 unit of air input pressure supplied. This mechanical advantage makes the pump well suited for moving thicker fluids like gear oil, which require more force to transfer than lighter lubricants.

The foot valve prevents fluid from draining back into the drum when the pump is idle, keeping it primed and ready for the next use. The inlet screen filters out debris before it enters the pump, helping protect the system during fluid transfer.

The 1/4" air filter/regulator with gauge lets you filter incoming air and control the air pressure supplied to the pump. Regulating input air pressure helps maintain consistent pump output and protects the pump from moisture or contaminants in the air supply line.

This kit bundles the core mobile system components together: a 3:1 oil pump with foot valve and inlet screen, a 16-gallon drum cover with 2" bung, a 2" bung adapter, and a 1/4" air filter/regulator with gauge. It is designed as a matched set for mobile gear oil dispensing from a 16-gallon drum.
