  • This system is designed for use with 16-gallon / 120-lb drums. A bung adapter is included to connect the pump directly to the drum.

  • The system comes complete with a 3:1 pump, bung adapter, cart, 1/2" x 12' oil hose, oil control handle, protective cover, electronic meter, and a 1/4" air filter/regulator with gauge.

  • The pump is air-operated. A 1/4" air filter/regulator with gauge is included to condition and regulate the incoming air supply before it reaches the pump. You will need an external compressed air source to run the system.

  • A 3:1 ratio means the pump generates three times the applied air pressure as fluid output pressure, making it capable of moving heavier-viscosity oils effectively. The specific air pressure and flow requirements should be confirmed on the product's Technical Data Sheet before connecting an air supply.

  • The included hose is 1/2" in diameter and 12 feet long. The 1/2" bore helps maintain adequate flow rate during dispensing, and the 12-foot length allows you to reach equipment without having to reposition the cart.

  • The oil control handle is designed specifically for dispensing oil, giving the operator precise start/stop control at the point of use to help minimize drips and spills during fluid transfer.
