THIS COMPACT FLUID EXTRACTOR HAS AN EIGHT GALLON TANK CAPACITY WITH A SUCTION CAPACITY OF UP TO 5 GALLONS. VACUUM CHARGE ISEASILY MONITORED BY A VACUUM GAUGE WHILE TANK LEVEL IS VISIBLE VIA A SIGHT GAUGE. ONCE THE MAXIMUM FLUID LEVEL IS REACHED, USED FLUID CAN BE QUICKLY EMPTIED BY PRESSURIZING THE TANK WITH APPROXIMATELY 10 PSI OF SHOP AIR.

  • The 8-gallon tank capacity and the 5-gallon suction capacity serve different purposes. The tank holds up to 8 gallons total, while the suction system is rated to draw up to 5 gallons per extraction cycle. The additional tank volume provides a buffer so the unit does not overflow during operation.

  • Once the maximum fluid level is reached, you can quickly drain the tank by pressurizing it with approximately 10 PSI of shop air, which forces the used fluid out without any manual pumping.

  • This extractor includes two monitoring features: a vacuum gauge lets you check that there is an adequate vacuum charge before extraction, and a sight gauge lets you visually confirm the fluid level inside the tank so you know when it needs to be emptied.

  • A compressed air source (shop air) is required only for the emptying function. You need to supply approximately 10 PSI to pressurize the tank and discharge the collected fluid. The vacuum extraction itself is charged separately and monitored via the onboard vacuum gauge.

  • Yes, the unit is described as compact, making it suitable for use in confined workshop areas where a larger extractor would not fit.

Key Features

  • Compact design with an 8-gallon tank capacity and a suction capacity of up to 5 gallons

  • Vacuum gauge allows easy monitoring of the vacuum charge at all times

  • Sight gauge provides clear visibility of the tank fluid level

  • Once full, the tank empties quickly by pressurizing with approximately 10 PSI of shop air

  • Air-pressure-to-empty design speeds up fluid disposal without manual pumping
